“Great place to stay”

“Somewhat dated but still good. Strategic location. Walking distance to Canberra Centre, cafes and restaurants, as well as to the Floriade which is our main reason for the visit this time.”

“Current construction works for the light rail extension compromises what otherwise is a good location. The hotel itself seems a little tired, particularly in the hallways leading to the rooms and the room itself. The mattress was a bit soft for my liking.”

“We tend to stay here for convenience when we’re in Canberra. This time however we noticed some bug changes to our experience. Firstly, we booked and paid for a one bedroom apartment with a second bed for our son. When we into our room it was a standard musty smelling one bed room with a pull out couch. Not once was this mentioned or offered anything to compensate for the price difference. That is until I went down and questioned it myself. No upgrade offered just an oh no one told you. We can...

“Come in tutti i residence della catena Meriton, anche a Canberra ho trovato professionalità e presenza completa di quanto possa occorrere per una permanenza soddisfacente sotto ogni aspetto ”

“Water bottle and hairs left in the room from previous guest. Impossible or nearly impossible to reach guest services via phone or email or the booking website messaging, until reaching the hotel in person. This was also the case when rectifying some charges post the stay. The room is amazing, but is missing a mattress topper, so the bed is very firm.”

“Clean rooms, breakfast was good value, parking limited.”

“Esperienza ottima. Un solo problema di infiltrazione acqua dalla finestra a causa della pioggia”

“This is a real bucket list experience. We chose the 1 night stay which included full board and a guided tour of the Zoo. We also did the additional Meerkat Experience at extra cost on our arrival day. We had a Lemur room and we could also see the lion enclosure from our room. The Zoo was amazing as was the food and drinks served - all top notch!”

“Very comfortable standard suite with bath that my partner was very happy about. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They swapped out the non-functional coffee machine and reconnected the bedroom TV. Parking was convenient, dining area was expansive and comfortable. Didn’t get to use the spa/gym facilities.”

“Albergo situato in una posizione comoda, dotato di servizi di cui abbiamo usufruito piacevolmente, come la palestra e la lavanderia.”

“Staying first floor directly beside the construction wasn’t ideal for us staying a week. Booking that room out would be more suited for a couple of days only. Thought should be realised before allocating us that room and future bookings for a week stay. Otherwise okay.”

“Room are clean and modern”

“Clean room, accessible, delicious breakfast, free bottle of wine.”

“Was just as advertised :)”
